Stefan S. Stefansson, a leading Icelandic musician, formed a group of outstanding musicians in Iceland to perform these songs.

His arrangements bring forward the vigour and beauty of Icelandic folksongs. Vikivaki is a fascinating mixture of joy and sorrow, humour and tragedy, folklore and fantasy.
